Admissions to Prestige Youth Programs shall be granted without discrimination in regard to sex, race, color, or political belief.
Payments of services (which are non-refundable) will be handled in the following manner. Payment is required to be paid on the allocated due dates for each program/event/camp. In the event of a weekly camp, tuition will be due the Friday before the week of your students camp. NOTE: Please pay attention to the program/event/camp payment due dates as there may be programs/events/camps in which payment is due at the time of registration/enrollment.
All payments will be automatically withdrawn from credit/debit card or bank account through our auto-pay system. All patron are required to have an updated credit/debit card or bank account on file and it is your responsibility to ensure that your account's billing information is updated. Cash and checks are not accepted unless paying in full for all camp sessions. A $10 late fee will be applied on all late payments ($25 for our All Day Camp) and a of $25 fee will be applied for any returned checks. Your child may not attend the program/event/camp if payments are not up to date. Failure to pay tuition on a timely basis may result in terminating your child's enrollment.
A two week written notice is required if you plan to withdraw your child from a program/event/camp. If you do not cancel/withdraw your child within two weeks of the program/event/camp, you are responsible for 30% of tuition to be paid if within 7 days of the program/event/camp or full payment if less that 7 days before the program/event/camp.
For All Day Summer Camp, if you drop two weeks prior to session dates $100 is non-refundable. If you withdraw short of two weeks notice, the full fee is forfeited. There will be no refunds issued for early termination from the sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Prestige Youth Programs reserves the right to waive payment responsibility if cancellation circumstances warrant such action. This will be on a case by case basis and at Prestige Youth's discretion.
SIGNING IN/SIGNING OUT
There is a signing in/out policy. A parent/guardian must accompany their child to program/event/camp staff and no other person.
PICK UP POLICY
If someone other than the parents or guardian is to pick up your child(ren) you must contact us and let us know of this situation. We will not allow a child to go without proper protocol and authorization. If an unauthorized person arrives to pick up your child(ren), the child(ren) will not be released to this person until a parent can be reached by phone to authorize the pick up.
All Super Summer Camp parents are required to be familiar with the Prestige Youth Programs Super Summer Camp Policies and Procedures. In order for you to register your student you must sign that you have read and agree to our policies and procedures. Policies, procedures, and fees are subject to change without prior notice if necessary. Be sure to print off a copy for yourself to have available for your own reference.
